STORY for Sales Impact

Knowing your customer's archetype can ignite the impact of your sales conversations and accelerate speed to conversion.

In this interactive workshop, you'll explore the behavioral science behind story-styles — how people are wired to receive, process, and remember information differently — and how to identify those styles in real time through conversation cues and the language your prospect uses.

We'll share a playbook for adapting the stories you tell in response to who's across the table from you: unlocking deeper relationship-building, increasing your memorability, and moving prospects through the funnel with greater confidence and less friction.

Experience Profiles Practitioner

Access the Experience Profiles quiz to visualize synergies, onboard effectively, build connection and improve collaboration.

This training empowers Practitioners to understand the Profiles methodology and function as an internal point of contact, offering guidance on using and interpreting the preference results at events, on projects and year-round.

The Matching feature supports the curation of working teams, 1-on-1 introductions or breakout/discussion groups. Participants receive facilitation training for ice-breaker, team building and networking activities using the profiles.

Agent of Belonging Facilitation

Access the Wheel of Belonging tool for use with your team or organization to discover your unique Belonging DNA, and focus your efforts and investments for maximum impact and return. 

Trained Agents will understand how to use the real time reporting and interpret the results, supporting teams in connecting with one another, and returning insights to inform employee experience design.

Emerge with the skills to design and deliver effective Story-Sharing sessions and facilitate strategy workshops using the tool’s predictive analysis and scenario sprint prompts.
