This class dives into the Wheel of Belonging Framework and the tools that support it’s application — the Playbook and the App.
We’ll review the pathways, touchpoints, and use of keywords, as well as best practices for data capture and implementation of insights. We’ll explore The Belonging Playbook through hands-on scenario exercises with colleagues.
Participants will leave with an understanding of the Story-Sharing Methodology and access to the App for use with their teams.
